Pork Dim sum steamed parcels
Serves 4
Ingredients
125g Minced Pork – 50p
125g Raw Tiger Prawns chopped – £2
1 Spring Onion finely chopped – 5p
1 Garlic Clove, crushed – 2p
1 thumb size piece of Ginger grated – 5p
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce – 2p
Rice Vinegar or White Wine Vinegar – 4p
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil or Olive – 2p
2 Teaspoons Corn Flour – 5p
Pinch of Salt and Pepper – 1p
24 ready made Wonton wrappers – £2

To Serve
1 Tablespoon Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Hoi sin Sauce
Method
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl then place a teaspoon of the mixture into the middle of the Wonton wrappers.
With a little water on your finger, dab the edges of the pastry squares and gather up the sides of the wrappers around the filling.
Press down gentle to flatten the bottom and place in the steamer. Fill up the bamboo trays, and then steam for 8-10 minutes until they go slightly transparent and cooked through.
Serve with the Sauces and some spring onions and coriander.
